Real leadership. Real systems. Real recovery.
Leader Work Global offers executive leadership retreats for educational leaders, with a special focus on women leaders, integrating professional development, leadership coaching, and immersive retreat experiences that support personal renewal and professional growth.
We offer all-inclusive registration.
Your beautiful lodging, chef-prepared meals, professional development with CPE credit, and restorative retreat experiences are all included in one price. (Travel not included.) No hidden fees. No unexpected add-ons. No reimbursement headaches later if your district is funding your attendance.
Everything is designed so you can focus on learning, connecting, and recovering while we take care of the details.
At Leader Work Global, our immersive leadership retreats are designed for women in educational leadership roles who are ready to stop merely surviving leadership and start leading with greater clarity, capacity, and purpose.
We intentionally curate experiences where principals, district administrators, department leaders, and other educational professionals can relax, recharge, learn, and reconnect in beautiful environments intentionally designed for growth and restoration.
As lifelong learners, educational leaders spend countless hours attending conferences, leading teams, solving problems, and pouring into others. Our leadership retreats are designed to offer the best of both worlds: meaningful embedded professional development and intentional restoration in a variety of beautiful, immersive environments. Participants will earn CPE credits while gaining strategies and systems they can immediately apply when they return.
Whether you come solo or bring a friend, there is no need to feel nervous. Our intentionally designed small-group experiences, typically 8–12 participants, create space for authentic connection, meaningful conversation, and opportunities to simply put the leadership title down for a little while. No expectations. No pressure. Just space to learn, rest, laugh, and reconnect with yourself.
If you love to travel, value authentic connection, and believe growth should feel inspiring rather than exhausting, this is your space. For a change, let us take care of you.

You know leadership was never meant to be about survival. You deserve opportunities to step away, recharge, and reconnect with yourself while continuing to grow personally and professionally. Sometimes the best thing you can do for your leadership is remember who you are outside of the title.
You should not have to carry everything on your own. Throughout your retreat experience, meaningful professional development is intentionally woven into short, practical sessions designed to give you real strategies you can use when you return. You will leave with ideas for building stronger teams, creating systems that work, and finding more capacity to focus on what matters most.
You have been carrying a lot. Come catch your breath. You move fast, and somewhere along the way you may forget to pause long enough to simply breathe. This is your opportunity to step away, reset, and refill your cup so you can return feeling renewed, energized, and ready to lead from a place of strength instead of exhaustion.
We'd love to hear from you! 🩵

Our retreats are designed for educational leaders, including principals, district administrators, department chairs, instructional leaders, directors, central office leaders, and aspiring leaders.
Not necessarily. If you lead teams, coach others, or serve in leadership roles, you can absolutely benefit from the retreat experience. However, retreat content and materials are intentionally designed for educational leaders. Aspiring administrators are welcome, but these retreats are generally not designed for classroom teachers. Leader Work Global may offer future retreats specifically for corporate and business leaders as we continue to grow.
Absolutely. Many participants attend on their own, and some arrive feeling a little nervous at first. Our intentionally designed small-group experiences create opportunities for connection to happen naturally and comfortably. Before long, strangers often become friends, and many participants leave with meaningful connections that continue long after the retreat ends.
Retreat experiences are intentionally kept small, typically 8–12 participants, to encourage meaningful conversations, authentic relationships, and personalized experiences. International retreat experiences may increase to approximately 15–18 participants depending on the location and experience design.
Yes. Professional learning is intentionally woven throughout the retreat experience through short, practical, embedded sessions designed to provide real tools and strategies you can immediately apply when you return. Participants will also have opportunities to earn Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit, which may allow districts to support participation through professional development funds.
No. This is your experience. Participate in everything, choose only certain activities, or enjoy downtime between experiences to relax and recharge. There is intentional space built into the retreat schedule because sometimes rest is just as important as the learning.
For participants earning CPE credit, leadership sessions must be attended in order to receive a certificate of completion. As a general guideline, a 3-night retreat experience will typically provide opportunities to earn approximately 6 CPE credits. CPE offerings may vary based on retreat length and location.
Details vary by retreat, but your experience will include lodging, all meals, leadership sessions, activities, retreat materials, and curated experiences designed to support both your growth and restoration. Sample itineraries for each retreat experience are available when you select and explore a specific retreat, allowing you to preview the overall flow, activities, and experiences offered.
Vacations and retreats serve different purposes, and honestly, both are important. Vacations give you an opportunity to unplug, rest, and temporarily step away from the demands of everyday life. Retreats offer many of those same benefits, but they also create intentional opportunities for personal and professional growth.
A leadership retreat allows you to relax and recharge while also pouring back into yourself in meaningful ways. You spend your days investing in everyone else. Retreating creates intentional space for you to recharge, grow, build meaningful connections, and return with practical strategies, renewed energy, and a clearer focus.
Unlike a traditional conference or workshop, this is a unique way to learn and grow. Professional development is intentionally woven into the experience through practical, bite-sized leadership sessions while still allowing time to breathe, reflect, connect, and simply enjoy where you are.
The goal is not just to come back rested. The goal is to return feeling refreshed, inspired, and equipped with ideas and systems that continue benefiting you long after the retreat ends.
Leave the heels and business suits at home. Bring comfortable clothing, comfortable shoes, an open mind, and a willingness to disconnect from the daily grind. Additional details and packing information will be provided before your retreat.
The majority of retreat accommodations and sleep spaces are designed to provide privacy. Retreat pricing reflects room type and accommodations accordingly.
Some rooms may accommodate additional participants. If you are attending with a colleague or group, or simply do not mind rooming with others, you may choose accommodations with multiple guests. Accommodations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes. We are committed to accommodating food allergies and other medically necessary dietary restrictions whenever possible. We also do our best to accommodate dietary preferences and lifestyle choices; however, options may vary depending on the retreat location, venue, and catering services available. You will have an opportunity to share any dietary needs or preferences during the booking process, and we will work to provide suitable options whenever possible.
Most domestic retreats range from 2–4 nights. International retreat experiences are typically 5–6 nights. We may also offer occasional weekend escapes and day retreat experiences.

Alcohol is not typically included as part of our retreat experience. However, some retreats may include optional visits to wineries or venues where alcoholic beverages are available. Depending on the location, guests may also choose to bring their own alcohol or purchase beverages from an on-site bar or restaurant.
Our focus is creating an environment where each participant can choose what feels best for them. Whether you enjoy a drinky drink, prefer a mocktail, or choose not to drink at all, you'll feel comfortable and supported throughout the retreat.
