Dr. Jennifer Warren (just call me Jen) is the Founder and CEO of Leader Work Global LLC, a leadership development company that provides executive coaching and professional development through immersive retreat experiences. Designed to move beyond traditional professional learning, Jen creates meaningful spaces where leaders can step away from daily demands, recharge, gain clarity, strengthen leadership capacity, and return equipped with practical strategies to build strong teams and thriving cultures. She is also a member of the International Retreat Association.
AUTHOR & EXECUTIVE LEADER
With over two decades of experience serving students, educators, administrators, and school systems, Dr. Jennifer Warren is recognized for developing leaders, building strong school cultures, and creating systems that drive lasting results. Throughout her leadership career, she has supervised and coached principals, supported district leadership systems, and spearheaded multiple leadership pipeline initiatives designed to identify, develop, and grow aspiring and new leaders.
Dr. Warren holds both principal and superintendent certifications and is known for creating positive, high-performing cultures. She has led principal mentoring programs, leadership academies, and onboarding systems that strengthen talent and build sustainable leadership capacity. Dr. Warren is also the Founder and CEO of Principal Badassery LLC and author of her first book, Principal Badassery: Be Great Out of the Gate, created to equip and empower school leaders as they step into leadership roles.

Dr. Jennifer Warren is a sought-after speaker, presenter, and adult learning designer known for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences for leaders. She specializes in designing professional development that moves beyond theory and provides practical tools leaders can apply immediately. She has presented at state and national conferences including ASCD, NASSP, TASSP, TASA Midwinter, TATDP, txEDCON, and the Innovative Schools Summit, sharing expertise in leadership development, school culture, instructional leadership, team building, and organizational systems.
Dr. Warren is also recognized by the Texas Education Agency as a Registered Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Provider, approved to provide continuing education for school district boards, charter schools, and school districts. Her education and professional experience meet the qualifications required to support and develop educational leaders at multiple levels. Her passion is creating meaningful learning experiences that equip leaders with strategies, systems, and confidence to lead at a higher level.
